The MOTIVATOR - Professional Values & Motivation Test was developed entirely in Greece, aiming to evaluate the professional motives of Greek students. It was structured in the Greek language from the very beginning, and weighted to apply to Greek students. Work values and motivations play a crucial role in the decision-making process related to the professional route a young student will choose to follow in the future. Incorporating a total of 80 questions, this test evaluates 16 distinct work values, such as altruism, prestige and reputation, personal principles, work environment, etc.
The test consists of 80 simple questions describing various professional activities, the answers to which do not require special knowledge.
