The MOTIVATOR - Professional Values & Motivation Test was developed entirely in Greece, aiming to assess employees' professional motivations. Work values and motivations play a crucial role in the decision-making process related to the prospective, future profession of a job applicant. Consisting of 320 questions, this questionnaire evaluates 30 distinct professional values, such as altruism, prestige and reputation, financial earnings, travel, work environment, etc.
The test consists of 320 simple questions describing various professional activities, the answers to which do not require special knowledge. As a user, you will be asked to indicate, on a 5-point scale, the degree to which each of these characteristics is important to you in choosing your future profession.
